Baz had used a moment of Zee's unguarded thoughts to traipse through her desires. Among the few that were unhidden was the desire for a dragon.

The mother had been easy to destroy. She'd been unable to even touch him. He'd had to rest a few days after his manifestation, but the prize was worth it. The egg was near to hatching. He drew out his mental connections to drag Zee back to Mid-Realm..

well my dream went kind of normal this time and basically it hatched and he told me if I wanted it to stay alive at all I had to take another rune and if I wanted to -keep- it, I ahd to take 2
